The agency implemented a binder with a tab section for each child & a weekly sheet in each section, split into days and 15 minute increments for teachers to mark whether child was sleeping on their back, side, or tummy. Also, discussed the importance of safe sleep checks and emphasized the importance of being diligent with setting the timer.
