During an announced QRIS visit on 5/30/2025, the Licensing Consultant observed that there was an inappropriate age grouping in the Caterpillar 1 classroom. The children's ages ranged from 22 to 35 months. In order to be compliant with Licensing Rules, the minimum age range for this group is 24 months and the maximum age is 35 months as determined by Chart 1 of the Licensing Rules. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: The grouping issue was corrected immediately while the PE was still on site. The agency will watch the children's birthdays more closely when promoting.
