This person will also check every play structure while the teachers are doing name-to-face checks before entering the building.

An educator has been observed yelling at the children — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Complaint Investigation — Action taken: We have an additional staff member that it is in the classroom with the educator when children are present. The leadership team has done some retraining and coaching with the educator. CCR&R will be coming out to give the educator additional training. We will give further training to the staff on proper voice tone levels with children and a refresher course on Conscious Discipline.
