It was observed in Room 5, a wet mop containing a cleaning solution was accessible to children. (This was corrected at the time of inspection.) It was observed in Room 7, a bag of Miracle Grow Potting Soil labeled "keep out of reach of children" was sitting on the floor and accessible to children. (This was corrected at the time of inspection.) Requirement: Cleaning materials and other toxic materials shall be kept in an area or container that is locked or made inaccessible to children. Correction: All "keep out of reach of children" items will be placed in a secure and locked cabinet that is marked for toxins. Inspection: Renewal.
