The operator or designated staff person who is responsible for compliance with this chapter shall ensure the requirements in § 3290.95(a) are met. Correction: I will make sure to do the fire drills every 60 days or less. I will take a closer look at each month especially those with 31 days. Alarm was tested on 9/3/24 and again on 10/2/24.
