The label of a medication container shall identify the name of the medication and the name of the child for whom the medication is intended. Medication shall be administered to only the child whose name appears on the container. Correction: The medication for Child #2 was sent home with the parent and I will not administer this or any other medications unless it is properly labeled in the original box/container. The operator or designated staff person who is responsible for compliance with this chapter shall ensure the requirements in § 3290.95(a) are met.
