    During the physical site portion of the Renewal Inspection; staples were found on the floor below the bulletin boards in Deep Sea and Puddle Jumpers rooms. Staff were informed and policed the area, we discussed remedies for this situation. Requirement: Toys and objects with a diameter of less than 1 inch, objects with removable parts that have a diameter of less than 1 inch, plastic bags and styrofoam objects may not be accessible to children who are still placing objects in their mouths.     During complaint investigation 6-23-25, it was determined through video and interviews that staff Person #1 grabbed Child #1 by the mouth/face squishing the child's cheeks/lips together during the encounter. Requirement: A facility person may not use any form of physical punishment, including spanking a child. Correction: The Teacher was terminated immediately . Inspection: Complaints- Legal Location.
