No peeling paint or plaster (3270.77(a))
During the Renewal Inspection 12-13-24, peeling paint was observed on the window sill in the Mobile Infant room downstairs and on the door-jam outside of the Preschool Room. It was corrected on-site by the owners as soon as they were informed. Requirement: Peeled or damaged paint or damaged plaster is not permitted on indoor or outdoor surfaces in the child care facility. Correction: We immediately removed the peeling paint from the Mobile Infant room windowsill and also from the door-jam of the Pre-school room. Inspection: Renewal.
