On Friday November 8th, 2024, Staff #1 roughly put Child #1, onto his nap cot for misbehaving. Requirement: A facility person may not use any form of physical punishment, including spanking a child. Correction: On 11-13-24 the Director retrained the employee on Positive Guidance, all Rest Time Expectations and on Bright Horizons policy "Physical Interactions between children and Staff". This training focuses on respectful and kind treatment of children and includes prohibited behaviors and actions. Inspection: Complaints- Legal Location.
