    During the on-site inspection, the staff members confirmed noncompliance involving a staff member feeding an infant the wrong bottle which contained breastmilk meant for another infant in the room. Requirement: Conditions at the facility may not pose a threat to the health or safety of the children. Correction: Staff members in the infant room have implement a colored code system for identifying children's bottles, along with having each child's name on their bottles. Each infant will be assigned a color used only for them which will be placed on all their bottles and belongings. Also, bottles containing breastmilk will have an additional label with the letters BM in bold to alert staff of the contents. The two bottle warmers in the infant room have been labeled to specify use of breast milk and formula to aide staff members with not giving bottles with breastmilk in it to the wrong child. The staff member responsible received disciplinary actions and will be required to take the Infant-Toddler Care: Quality Supervision training as well as the Supporting Mothers in Breastfeeding Training Inspection: Self-Reported Non Compliance.
