On the adult health assessment for staff person #1, the CRNP indicated "NO" regarding the staff person's suitability to provide child care but did not include information on medical problems that might threaten the health of the children or prohibit the staff person from providing adequate care to children. Requirement: An adult health assessment must include information on medical problems that might threaten the health of the children or prohibit a staff person from providing adequate care to children. An adult health assessment must include the physician's or CRNP's assessment of the person's suitability to provide child care. Correction: To address the violation under 55 PA Code Chapter 3280.151(c)(4)/(5), I will obtain a revised adult health assessment for staff person #1. This updated form will include: A clear statement from the CRNP regarding the staff person's suitability to provide child care. Specific information on any medical conditions that may impact the staff person¿s ability to care for children or pose a health risk. The revised assessment will be completed and added to staff #1 file by August 25, 2025, ensuring full compliance with the regulation. Inspection: Renewal.
