In the Little Scholars Room, a stapler was observed on top of an eight-section cubby storage unit approximately 30 inches from the ground and accessible to the children in care. Adult scissors were observed inside a clear plastic pencil case that was on top of a multi-colored storage unit, approximately 3.5 feet tall, and accessible to the children in care. Requirement: Conditions at the facility may not pose a threat to the health or safety of the children.
