Requirement: The operator shall comply with the CPSL and with Chapter 3490 (relating to protective services). A facility person's record shall include a copy of requests for the criminal history record and child abuse registry clearance information, a copy of the disclosure statement and a copy of the completed clearance information required under the CPSL. Correction: Provider sent for updated criminal records and received them with no concerns. Sent copy of proof to the office for state inspections as completed. The fire detection log on file listed dates of testing of 3/30/24-4/30/24, 5/28/24-6/28/24, 7/29/24-8/29/24, 8/29/24-9/30/24, 10/30/24-11/30/24 and 1/24/25-2/24/25, which are all more than 30 days between tests. Requirement: Fire detection devices or systems must be in compliance with standards established under section 1016(c) of the act (62 P.S. § 1016(c)). The primary staff person or designated staff person who is responsible for compliance with this chapter shall ensure the requirements in subsection (a) are met. Correction: We did a fire alarm test the same day of inspection and we will continue our test with in 25 days for the next fire safety test.
