Continuing professional development

One teacher does not have the required amount of training hours to renew her OK PDL. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: The Director will ensure that teaching personnel completes a training that fulfills the required training hours needed to renew her OK PDL. Ratios

One Teaching personnel was observed walking back into unsupervised one year old classroom with 5 children who were napping. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Was corrected at time of visit. Director will ensure there is always the required number of staff in each classroom to maintain child staff ratio at all times. Supervision

Equipment Inventory does not indicate enough equipment for the number of two-year-olds enrolled. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Program Director will correct the 2 year-old section on the Equipment Inventory. Program Director will email Licensing the pages that concerns the 2 year-olds.
