One infant was sleeping on a cot instead of a crib or play yard. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: The child was removed from the cot during the visit and will sleep in a crib until she is 12 months old, even if visiting an older classroom. Going forward, if children need to move rooms for ratios, older children will be moved rather than infants, and if an infant has to be moved, a crib will be sent with them and all infant requirements will be followed.
