Rest time - A staff member restrained a child on rest equipment. Complaint finding: Substantiated (complaint #19138). Plan to correct: The teacher for this complaint is no longer with the facility since concern was brought to our attention. All staff are trained on positive redirection as well as proper nap time procedures during onboarding and this was not within line to our company standards in with how this teacher chose to act.
