Licensing observed a panel used as fencing that was not secure or sturdy and looks like it is about to fall. Licensing also observed boards from the fence laying on the ground with several nails protruding from the wood. Visit: Permit / Full. Plan to correct: Provider will remove boards that have nails protruding and repair the fence prior to children using the outdoor play space. Program states that they will have the fallen panels removed and have the missing boards replaced. Program will send a picture to licensing when this has been completed.
