Licensing observed a music device, pack and plays attached bassinette, and caddy attached to the side of the pack and play where an infant was not sleeping. There were 2 separate bassinettes also placed inside the pack and play on top of the pack and plays attached bassinette portion. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Corrected at time of visit.
