The program was not maintaining supervision at all times and a child got out of the program and was missing for 40 minutes. Visit: Complaint / Partial. Plan to correct: The program plans to have a third staff at the program and is installing more cameras in the back yard and adding new batteries to the cameras already installed. The program is also removing the water cart from the fence and removing the extra board from the fence. The program has total of 6 cameras.
