Licensing observed the program using time out for a 23 month old child. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: The child was picked up within 3 minutes from being placed in time-out. The primary caregiver stated that 4 children who are usually not present when school age children arrive. The primary caregiver stated that in the future, the program will only allow allotted hours for children to ensure children in ratio do not overlaps.
