Ms. Lee stated if this situation happens again were she would be out of ratio with her son being dropped off she will contact a family member to pick him up and watch him for her. Plan to correct: All mini trampolines in rebounders, where immediately removed from the childcare environment as they did not comply with Dhs licensing standards. I have reviewed the licensing regulations regarding equipment, safety, and now have a clear understanding of expectations related to trampoline use in the future. Any purchases of trampolines, rebounders or similar equipment will be submitted to Licensing for review and approval before used to ensure for compliance with safety requirements.
