When there is a mixed age group the max child to adult ratio can not exceed 2 adults to 2.34 child ratio. Method of correction: When a staff member is unable to report to work, parents must be contacted to cancel care in order to maintain the required 2 adults to 2.34 child ratio. During the unannounced visit, parents were contacted to pick up their children until the ratio was reduced to two adults to 2.34 children. Time allowed for correction: Immediate.
