Method of correction: Provide documentation of how you plan to ensure that safety belts will be used at all times when children in highchairs. Remove the tall highchair from program and only use booster seats that sit on the floor during mealtime. Never leave child unattended while in highchair. Time allowed for correction: Immediate.
