The outdoor play area that required fencing was not safe and adequate in that [it had a large panel missing where could exit the playground]. The (LS) took pictures. The (LS) provided technical assistance Section 7.6.F. Fencing, including gates, must be continuous, and shall not have opening or gaps larger than 3 1/2 inches that would allow children to exit the outdoor play area. The bottom or base of the fence must remain at ground level and free from erosion or buildup to prevent inside or outside access by children or animals. 16. The operator did not have documented proof that the large family child care home employee completed pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification. The Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance from the handbook 5.3.1, B. By June 12, 2021, large family child care home employees must also have current First Aid training and pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification. Large family child care home employees hired on or after March 14, 2021 must have current first aid training and pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification within 90 days of hire date at the home. 09.
