Play areas in the home were not clean. (Section 9, number 1) (Section 9.7, number 1) Health Requirements [SR] Comments: At the time of the inspection observed, dead flies and other dead insects on the window sill in the day care area. The Operator clean and sanitized the window sill at the time of the inspeciton. Technical Assistance: All areas of the FCCH home must be maintained in a clean and sanitary conditions for the health and safety of the children.
