(Section 10) Health Requirements [SR] Comments: At the time of the inspection, observed the vinyl baseboard in the daycare room ( adjacent to the restroom) detached from the wall. There was a build up of dirt and dead lizard. The bottom of the wall next to the door frame of the children's restroom was in disrepair. Peeling paint was present as well as a break down of the plaster. The vinyl baseboard and wall in disrepair were accessible to the children. Please be advised that all violations are required to be in compliance before the expiration of the FCCH license ( 11/30/2025.) If violations, are not corrected, the Operator may have to appear in front of the Child Care Advisory Council to be placed on a provisional license.
