This standard has been brought back into compliance in that the Operator informed the Licensing Specialist that the children will not return to the home until the Florida Certificate of immunizations have been updated. During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, FCCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 8.1, A: Health/Immunization Records A. There 3 exposed nails on the left fence across from the home to the right of the house that is cream with the pink door. The fifth exposed nail was toward the back of the home to the right of a white fence, and in front of a screened in area of the back yard. All nails were accessible to children. -Toward the front of the home, on the left side of fence furthest from the home, the fence was broken with jagged and sharp edges. There was no gap in that another panel was behind the broken panel. -In the playhouse that is cream with a green top, and pink door, there was a wasp nest inside. The Operator removed the nest during the inspection. -A toy that was teal leaning against the wall of the home, under the air conditioner had yellow handlebars that were not clean in that there was a dark brown substance on the handlebars.
