Child care personnel failed to ensure arrival and departure times were complete and accurate at the time of arrival or departure. CCF Handbook, Section 7.5, B Record Keeping [SR] Comments: During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed there was no record of attendance for the day in that the attendance was not completed yet.This standard has been brought back into compliance in that the staff members completed the attendance during the inspection. During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, CCF Handbook, Section 7.5 Daily Attendance: Daily attendance of children must be taken and recorded accurately by the childcare personnel, documenting the time when each child enters and departs the program. B. The custodial parent or guardian may document the time when his/her child enters and departs the childcare facility or program. However, childcare facility personnel are responsible for ensuring that attendance records are complete and accurate.
