Facility is not compliance with Florida Standard. Facility has until 6/13/2025 to complete background screening. Licensing Specialist give technical assistant: Re-Screening A screening conducted under this rule is valid for five years, at which time a re-screen must be conducted in the same manner as the initial screening. A. The five year re-screen is required for the operator, household members and substitutes. B.
