Licensing Specialist observed the fire extinguisher tagged expired on April 2025. 7.11 Fire Safety B. The home shall have an operable smoke detector(s) and fire extinguisher with a current certificate. Provider has until 06/24/2025 to send in current fire extinguisher tag.
