The operator reported they were unable to complete the training by the original due date of June 23, 2025, due to their computer needed to be repaired. The Licensing Specialist spoke with the operator again on August 13, 2025, who stated they were working on it slowly as they were still having computer issues. the Licensing Specialist observed the operator did not complete School Readiness on October 1, 2025. The Licensing Specialist explained again the 2 courses that the operator still needs to complete are Health and Nutrition in the School Readiness Program (4 hours) and Safety Practices in the School Readiness Program (5 hours) in an email sent on September 30, 2025. 08.
