The operator failed to conduct at least one fire drill during naptime as required. Comments: At the time of the inspection, a fire drill was not conducted for nap during the licensure year of July 1, 2024- June 30, 2025. A fire drill was conducted during nap time with DOH at the time of the inspection. 1 adult : 6 children 33 seconds to clear.
