There are staff who failed to begin the Department's required 40-hour introductory child care training within 90 days of employment or complete the training within one year. Comments: The staff member (YL) did not complete the 40-hour training within one year. The staff started training on 09/20/2023. The Director provided written note to the staff member informing her that she will be on suspension until the competency exam is completed/ shows a passing score.
