    Outdoor play areas in the home were not free from litter, nails, glass, and other hazards. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.6, A (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Health Requirements [SR] Comments: At the time of inspection, the Licensing specialist observed active red ant piles on the providers outdoor play area. The provider stated that she frequently treats the piles as they show up. The provider immediately poured grits in the ant piles at time of inspection and wiped away the ant pile at time of inspection. The specialist observed the ant piles eliminated. TA was provided to ensure that the outdoor play area is free of litter, glass, nails or any other hazards by the due date.
