SACCF Handbook, Section 6.4, C Health Requirements [SR] Comments: At the time of the inspection, the licensing specialist observed the children listed on the supplemental had incomplete accident/incident reports that were missing parent/guardian signature, signature(s) of any childcare personnel that witnessed, involved and/or responded to the incident and/or was missing dates. Technical assistance was given to the provider to complete the forms prior to the due date and was reminded that all accidents/incidents must be documented on the same day they occur, must be shared & signed with the parent/guardian on the date of the occurrence, signed by any child care personnel that witnessed, involved and/or responded to the incident and the documentation must be kept for 12 months. Not Monitored Comments At the time of the inspection, the provider stated they do dispense medication on an as need basis (life sustaining only), but do not have any children currently enrolled who require this medication, therefore, this standard was not monitored at this time. 35.
