Toxic Substances and/or Hazardous materials including cleaning supplies, flammable products, and poisonous items were accessible to children in care. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.2 Health Requirements [SR] Comments: At the time of the inspection, the specialist observed that the locking devices on the cabinets in the kitchen were open and the gate was not closed. This left access to the chemicals under the kitchen sink. The latches were closed; returning the home to compliance for this standard. Not Applicable Comments At the time of the inspection, the specialist was told by the provider that no one at the home smokes.
