Indoor play areas in the home were not clean and free from litter, nails, glass, and other hazards. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.5, B Comments: During the inspection, Licensing specialist observed clutter built up in the room the children play in for example big around bouncers stacked on top of other toys and shelves, boxes and toys stacked on top of each other blocking the garage door. In the left corner by the washing machine and sink there is items stacked on top of each other. The director was given until April 14, 2025, to come into compliance with this standard. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.5, B Indoor Play Areas B. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.5, B Comments: During the inspection, Licensing specialist observed a orange extension cord under the toy piano and charger in the cabinet(provider removed the charger from the cabinet but left the orange extension cord ). (The extension cord is what the due date is for.) The director was given until April 14, 2025, to come into compliance with this standard. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, FDCH/LFCCH Handbook Section 7.5,C Indoor Play Areas C. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.6, A Comments: During the time of inspection, Licensing Specialist observed that where the children have to walk to get to the outdoor play area there was a generator, hoses, and loose cords. On the play area there was a radio flyer bike the left handle was torn. The director was given until April 14, 2025, to come into compliance with this standard. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, FDCH/LFCCH Handbook 7.6 Outdoor Time, Fencing and Play Area Requirements A. Outdoor Play areas shall be clean, in good repair and free from litter, nails, glass, and other hazards Compliance Comments During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed that the pool water was clean and clear, and that the provider had appropriate pool barriers in place in order to prevent the children from gaining access to the pool.
