(Section 10, number 1) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: Observed peeling paint on the wall of the restroom 2-103.Also under the pavilion on the outside area there is peeling paint on the lower wall by small garbage can in girls restroom.Peeling paint was observed on the purple pole and water drainage has purple / green peeling paint under pavilion which is located on the outside area.Observed the 2nd play area that has beige balancing beam, there peeling paint on the play equipment. The programs storage of harmful items including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic, and hazardous materials were accessible to children in care. (Section 10, number 4) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: Observed toxic item such as, Clorox, Radiance disinfectant wipes/ Goof Off Pro Strength removal spray, Lysol Sprays, and Aqua hold extra hair spray.. all items were located in unlocked cabinet, or drawer or on the table. Each item were accessible to the children in care. The staff/ director removed all items during the time of inspection. 14.
