CCF Handbook, Section 2.2 (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) General Requirements [SR] Comments: Licensing Specialist observed one personnel that was in charge at the facility from 3:00 PM until 3:33 PM that was 19 years old. At 3:33 PM a second personnel arrived that was over the age of 21 years old and became the in charge child care personnel during inspection. Licensing Specialist gave technical assistance from the School Readiness Program Health and Safety Standards Handbook: 2.1 Health and Safety DCF health and safety requirements are outlined below by provider type: D. License-exempt school-age child care facilities must comply with Rule 65C-22.008(5), F.A.C., School-Age Child Care Facility Handbook (October 2021), and Rule 65C 22.010(1)(e)1., F.A.C., CF-FSP Form 5427, School-Age Child Care Facility Standards Classification Summary (October 2021) standards 2 -27, 3038, 40, and sub-standards 1.4, 28.2, 28.428.9, 39.139.4, and 39.7. Corrective Action: At 3:33 PM a second personnel arrived that was over the age of 21 years old and became the in charge child care personnel during inspection. Therefore, the standard became completed during time of inspection.
