   Child care personnel did not comply with the facility's written disciplinary and expulsion policies. CCF Handbook, Section 2.8, B General Requirements [SR] Comments: It has been reported that two teachers will tap children on the arms while the children are at the facility. The teachers state that they do this in an effort to get the children's attention when the children are misbehaving. This has been reported by the director, the teachers and three children that attends the facility. Technical assistance has been provided to the director to explain that tapping does not comply with the facility's written discipline policy and that the teachers should not be tapping the children.
