Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance to the Director: an approved Fire Safety Iinspection must be completed annually and not expired. The Approved Fire Safety Inspection must be completed and provided to Licensing Specialist by the due date for the facility to be in complance. During the time of inspection, the Licensing Specialist monitored the Fire Drill Log and observed a fire drill conducted on 12/29/2025. The facility did not have documentation of a fire extinguisher being properly maintained to include being serviced and retagged timely, and/or with a current certificate. CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.2, B (Section 2.1 - Health and Safety, Page 3) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: Licensing Specialist checked the fire extinguishers and observed (photo taken) that they were not retagged and tag expired 4/1/2025. Licensing Specialist provided technical Assistance to the Owner/Director: the fire extinguishers must be serviced and retagged by the fire extinguisher company prior to expiration date. The fire extinguishers must be retagged and verification provided to the Licensing Specialist by the due date for the facility to be in compliance. During the time of inspection, the Licensing Specialist monitored the Fire Drill Log and observed a Fire Drill onsite during the Renewal Inspection which was conducted on 4 25 2025 ( 2 staff-16 children).
