Provided technical assistance to the Director: the Student Health Examination must be current, not expired, and updated withing two years of completion. The updated Student Health Examinations must be provided by the due date for the facility to be in compliance. Compliance Comments During the time of inspection, the Provider advised the Licensing Specialist that there are currently 40 children enrolled.
