Provided technical assistance to Director: Head Covering (hat or hair net) or proper head covering must be worn during preparation or serving of food. The cook put on a hair net during the inspection, facility in compliance. Provided technical assistance to the Director: a student health examination must be completed and obtained within 30 days of enrollment and in a child's file. The student health examination form must be provided by the due date for the facility to be in compliance. Compliance Comments During the time of inspection, the Provider advised the Licensing Specialist that there are currently 47 children enrolled.
