Sec. 7-33(e), Ordinance: Direct supervision means watching and directing the childrens activities within close proximity within the same room inside or within a designated outdoor play area and responding to each childs needs. Inadequate supervision occurred when a child/childrens needs were not met in the following incident: [See Below]. Ratios/Discipline [SR] Comments: On 1/13/26., CCLE received a complaint that child E.G., DOB 9/11/22 was abused at the provider facility on 1/9/26. The parent also stated that when she took the child to the school on 1/9/26 the child had no bruise marks on his upper arms near his shoulder. She notice the marks on the child when she went to give him a bath around 845 pm on 1/9/26. Per the teacher, the child was aggressively playing with the other children on 1/09/2026. The teacher stated that the child jumped on top of the other children and they jumped on top of him. The teacher explained that the child was not crying or showing any signs of injury after this incident. Based on the results of this inspection, this portion of the complaint is substantiated. Technical assistance was given to bring this back into compliance by the means of guiding the classroom teacher and center director with adequate supervision requirements and meeting the needs of children's needs. 08.
