Facility is reminded that the license was due in our office by February 14, 2025 and is now late and a late fee of $75.00 will now have to be paid along with the licensing fee. The facility is also reminded that if an application for relicensing is not received by Child Care Licensing office by March 17,2025 the process to deny a license for this facility will be initiated. 46.
