7.4, Handbook: Records must be maintained and kept current on all child care personnel, as defined by Section 402.302(3), F.S. These records shall be on-site and available for review by the licensing authority. Personnel records or copies of records were not being maintained at the facility and available for review by the licensing authority. Comments: At the time of inspection, licensing monitor observed personnel files in disarray and several documents were missing or unavailable including proof of education, attestation of good moral character, etc. Technical assistance was also provided that all documentation must be maintained, kept current, and available for review at the time of inspection by licensing monitor. RATIOS/DISCIPLINE Compliance Comments Ratio was observed as follows: Infants 2:6, Toddlers 2:10, 2:9, Twos- Threes 2:12, 2:9, and Threes - Six 2:17, 3:16, 2:16, 2:15. 07.
