Child care personnel failed to possess a current attendance record and parent contact information during a fire drill, emergency preparedness drill or an actual emergency. Comments: A fire drill was conducted today in the presence of the assigned childcare licensing specialist. The program used the primary route and took 1 minute and 27 seconds to evacuate the premises. During todays drill, two staff members did not bring the attendance binder during the drill.
