    4.2.7 and 4.2.7(D), Handbook: Upon successful completion of the 40-hour introductory training requirements, child care personnel must complete a minimum of 10 clock-hours or one CEU of in-service training annually during the states fiscal year beginning July 1 and ending June 30. Sec. 7-30(a)(1), Ordinance: All child care personnel permanently assigned to care for infants must complete four hours of annual in-service training specifically geared to infant care. Child care personnel, including volunteers who work 10 hours or more per month did not complete the required in-service training. (Section 2.1(A) Health and Safety, Page 3) Staff Requirements [SR] Comments: There was no evidence on file that three (3) staff members have completed the in-service training hours for the year 2024-2025. These hours were made up with training completed after June 2025 to bring this area back into compliance. The hours used to complete training for the year 2024-2025 cannot be used to complete training for the year 2025-2026. See supplemental sheet for additional information. All other staff members completed the required in-service training for the year 2024-2025. 04.
