The facilitys outdoor play area contained litter, nails, glass or other hazards that posed a low potential for harm to children. CCF Handbook, Section 3.5, A Comments: There are two thorny vines growing up the playground fence on the inside. There are two plastic play kitchens that need to be removed from the playground due to cracks and missing pieces. 3/26/26- Director sent updated pictures of the playground and the vines were cut and the kitchens were removed.
