Bedding and/or linens were not stored in a sanitary manner. CCF Handbook, Section 3.6.1, G & H Comments: Counselor observed cots stacked on top of each other with childs bedding in between the cots touching each other. Provider corrected by sending pictures of cots and bedding stored in a sanitary manner. Bedding will be stored in each childs individual cubby, so they no longer touch each other.
